Ingrida Schaefer works with women to help them achieve                                                                        success by ensuring they have a mindset for success and                                                                            present themselves powerfully in the world.

 Ingrida’s first career was as an international fashion model, working for high fashion brands such as Bulgari, Escada and Armani across Europe and Russia.  She then went on to achieve a first class degree in fashion design and worked in Fashion Houses including Vivienne Westwood and Cerruti 1881. 

During that time, Ingrida saw how powerful people presented themselves and that how they dressed was a huge factor in how they were perceived. Because more than 80% of communication is non-verbal, Ingrida also advises on personal presentation and the best way to dress for success.

Ingrida has also studied for a psychology degree in London and has been working with private clients for eight years in London, New York and Hamburg.  Ingrida is passionate about helping people realize their greatest vision for themselves and know that their biggest limitations are of their own making and can be overcome. 

She works with private clients across Europe and the USA and speaks on success and human potential in organisations and to groups.
